Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley, preferably fresh
  • 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3-4 cloves minced garlic

Instructions

  • With clean hands, mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Once fully incorporated, form four balls.
  • With hands, flatten balls into circular patty shapes. Press down on the center of the patty to create a slight indent.
  • Cook on prepared barbecue grill for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
