sourdough bread,

avocado fruit,

Optional Toppings

Instructions
Heat a medium nonstick pan on medium heat with a small slice of butter.
When pan is heated, crack both eggs into the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
While eggs cook, start toasting the sourdough bread.
Fry eggs to your personal preference, then turn the heat off.
Spread mashed avocado into the toasted bread, then top with optional ingredient pairings and slide the fried egg on top.
