Ingredients

rhubarb stalks,
cut into 1" cubes

water

granulated sugar

strawberries,
cut into quarters

lemon juice

chia seeds
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring rhubarb, water, and sugar to a boil.
Once boiling, add the strawberry. Partially cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Turn heat off, add juice and seeds, and stir until well combined.
Pour into a sealable container and let rest in the fridge at least 15 minutes as the seeds soak up the moisture.
