Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp alternative milk, oat or almond recommended
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 honeycrisp apple, cut into pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Wash, core, and cut your apple of choice into bite sized pieces. Add to a medium bowl.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl as well and stir together.
  • Spread into a small grease oven safe container and bake covered for 25 minutes, then bake uncovered for 5.
